- To cut straight towards the handler, plant the foot hard - instead of banana cuts.
- To find open spaces.
- To throw long rather than short.
- To use my backhands rather than flicks.
- To fake and throw overhead flicks.
- To catch with one hand rather than 'pancake' the disc.
- To love ultimate frisbee more.
Practice makes perfect. The right practice makes it perfect faster. No doubt about that. Passion and determination drive a soul to a level he/she wants.
